Help Please

So I need some help people. I have this huge body art concept I want to get done. But I don't know the best stuff to use for painting on bodies and I don't have a lot of money. I was just wondering if any of you have any good ideas of a cheap paint or body make-up that I could use. And/or where I could get it.
